Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services and agreements between Klarumzug24 and the customer in connection with moving, transport and related services.

1. Scope

By booking our services, the customer accepts these terms and conditions as binding. Deviating terms of the customer only become part of the contract if Klarumzug24 agrees to them in writing.

2. Offers and pricing

All offers are generally non-binding unless they are expressly marked as binding. Price information from the website or online enquiries is only a non-binding estimate.

The final price depends on the actual scope of services, including moving volume, number of items, floor level, access routes, distance and any additional services such as assembly, packing or disposal.

3. Customer obligations

The customer must provide complete and accurate information required for the move. Access, parking options and special items must be communicated in good time.

4. Waiting times and additional services

If delays occur for reasons outside the control of Klarumzug24, waiting times may be charged separately. Additional services not included in the agreed scope may also be billed separately.

5. Liability

Klarumzug24 is liable in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper packing by the customer, insufficient labelling or force majeure.

6. Payment

Payment is generally due immediately after the service has been completed unless otherwise agreed. For larger moves, an appropriate deposit may be required.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation is usually free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed moving date. Later cancellations may lead to reasonable cancellation charges.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed only for handling the request, preparing an offer and carrying out the agreed services. Further details can be found in the privacy policy.

9. Final provision

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
